We are looking for a Talent Management Expert (f/m/d) to join our E.ON Country Hub Germany GmbH team. If you are interested, please apply online!

A job that inspires

• You advise and accompany managers and talents on people development topics
• You design, plan, and implement individual people development and further training measures
• You are responsible for the preparation, implementation, and further development of talent boards together with executives and HR business partners
• You are actively involved in the implementation of the new E.ON talent strategy and develop suitable change formats for cultural change
• You will further develop and digitize the instruments and processes in the field of people development as well as talent management in close cooperation with HR Business Partner colleagues
• You are involved in talent management (sub-)projects on a national and international level

A convincing background

• You have successfully completed your studies or comparable qualifications, preferably with a focus on people development
• You have already gained several years of relevant professional experience related to people development topics
• You are experienced in conception and moderation of trainings and workshops
• You have in-depth knowledge of proven and innovative concepts and methods in the context of strategic change management, organizational development, and project management
• You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
• You are familiar with digital ways of working and solutions (e.g. Office 365, implementation of new digital solutions)
• You have a winning personality with high social skills, convincing communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• You are flexible and have a strong "hands-on" mentality
• You have a strong consulting ability, service as well as stakeholder orientation
• You are characterized by a structured, self-responsible and solution-oriented way of working
